Hello, we are Jeff and Beth Jackson, the new owners of Wild Heart Ranch Texas. Wild Heart was formerly Broken Heart Ranch. We plan to keep the best of Broken Heart and add our touch to further improve Wild Heart Ranch.
Beth and Jeff met in 1967 in the small town of Grants, New Mexico and have been together since. Jeff worked for a major oil company for 36 years before retiring. We spent 28 of those years in Houston. We returned to New Mexico after retirement to care for relatives. Now our interest is watching our grandchildren grow up in this area.
Jeff generally spends his time working on old cars while Beth is an accomplished quilter. However, now there will be less cars and quilts and more horse activity.
Broken Heart was renamed Wild Heart Ranch to emphasize fun and freedom. We don’t have wild horses; we board horses and provide space for their owners to enjoy their horses. Children education will be a focus.
That is one reason we engaged Winter Crowell as the ranch trainer. Winter is well known in the area for her work with children, veterans, and adults. Winter’s mother, Ivy Steele, is a retired veterinarian and will be onsite most of the time and is our scheduler.
Nice place! Grandkids enjoyed the trail ride.
